The 76th Emmy Awards took place tonight, honouring the best in television for the 2023-2024 season. Hosted by Eugene and Dan Levy at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles, the event was broadcast live on ABC, featuring 25 award categories and the prestigious Governors Award.
Since its inception, the Emmy Awards have been a celebration of creativity, talent, and the magic of television. This year’s show didn’t disappoint, with stars like Christine Baranski, Viola Davis, and Billy Crystal presenting awards to winners from some of the most acclaimed TV shows of the year.

Shōgun took home the Outstanding Drama Series award, while its stars Hiroyuki Sanada and Anna Sawai won Lead Actor and Actress in a Drama Series.
The emotional highlight of the evening was the “In Memoriam” tribute, with a moving performance by singer Jelly Roll. Olympians Caeleb Dressel and Paralympian Ezra Frech also made special appearances during the ceremony.
