First To Know
“The song is about the after effects of war, that is peace. The song-making process started off with Thato Saul lacing his verse, followed by Tyson Sybateli later on. I asked Halo Yagami to send me a hook based on the concept. I also wanted some reggae type of feeling so I asked Teerage to send me an intro with that reference. The switch up at the end came from the session I had with Black Myth and I felt it would be dope on the same track,” MashBeatz tells Apple Music about his new single “AFTER THE WAR”.
